Order tracker gobbledygook

Hello, the order tracker says "Your phone service will be active on 15th November 2016" for the phone line, but this for the Fibre "

Your order is due to complete

The engineer appointment to install your broadband service is booked for %appointmentDate% between %appointmentStartTime% and %appointmentFinishTime%."

Will the phone and broadband change at the same time, or will there be a period when I have phone but no internet?

Eeek, I'll get that fed back.

Both services are due to go live tomorrow, are you ok to let me know how you get on?
