Order stuck

I ordered broadband on 15th April.  SInce that confirmation of my order I've had no communication whatsoever and the order is stuck at Checking you Line.  Is this normal to wait for 6 weeks?

No but expecting  a staff response at the weekend here is being extremely hopeful.

i would get  on the phone using the New Sales line as you aren't up and running yet
