Order still processing, no updates yet?
New customer here. Signed up several days ago and my contract with my previous provider ends in a few days. No updates yet as to when the modem is sent or when the connection will go live. All I see is "order processing" in my account.

If so it should be a straightforward switch over without any interruption to your service.
