I placed my order 31st August, and received an email on the 17th September saying the line was ready to use. However my order tracker is stuck at the activation point, with no date yet given and no router received as yet! What would be the reason for this delay, and if there is an issue, why haven't Plusnet contacted me?

I'm really sorry to see your account didn't activate automatically after your order completed with our suppliers on the 15th September and you haven't received your router either. I've just sorted this for you and we'll get your router to you as soon as we can. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role within Plusnet.
