Order status

I placed an order for (and paid for) fibre broadband on 8th October. The line installation was booked for 29th October but shortly after I received a support ticket saying this could not be booked (see below).

I am still waiting for confirmation that the installation has been booked for 29th or some other date. Is there any information available?
