Order status

My order is due for activation tomorrow. Its not a problem to me, but it says the Hub One is not yet despatched.

It also has mysterious prices under the account summary.

I'm wondering what is going on?

I don't see how to use this ticket system.

To be honest I wouldn't worry about it. Plusnet have a habit of cocking things up and the new billing system is an old bingo machine.( Charges what it feels like)🤣

In regards to account summary it is outlining the costs of the individual products on your account i.e. Unlimited Fibre Extra is £20.99 and Unlimited UK & Mobile Calls is the £18.99 Line rental cost.

You can ignore this as it highlights the standard costs of these products and does not include the discounts on your account which you can find in the above ticket.
