Order status stuck

I placed an order to switch to plusnet on 30/09/2020 and still nothing. Order status has been stuck on 'running final checks on your line' for the past week. I can't get through to customer services at all so need to find out when my broadband will be up and running. Not received a router yet either, and had a text from my current supplier to confirm that the switch will be happening. Last communication from plusnet was a text confirming that my broadband will be switched on 16/10/2020.
