Order status no communication

Ordered Broadband from Plusnet on 1st October... Payment taken next day. Had no communication and not received a router or any equipment. Cannot get in touch with anyone. Can someone from plusnet please sort this out. I've recently been hospitalised with coronary disease and can do without this stress.

I'm sorry for the delay with your order. Unfortunately due to a system issue we hadn't been able to automatically pass this on to our suppliers but I've manually submitted the order now and we'll confirm your transfer date within 24-48 hours.
