Order seems to be stuck

I placed a broadband order on the 2 Sep and picked this Thursday am/pm for the engineer to come out, but when I check my order it seems to be stuck on '2 - CHECKING YOUR DETAILS’.

£68.98 has already been taken from my bank account and my first payment is due to go out in the next week. I have tried to contact customer services via phone and online but to no avail. I am due to start an online training course next week and am worried that my order will not go through in time. Can someone please help and let me know if my order is going to actually be placed? I don’t want to have to waste a day off for nothing.

All sorted now. The system didn’t take my order and it wasn’t noticed until I managed to speak to someone on chat this afternoon.
