Order "complete" but no email confirmation

Been waiting 15 days for fibre broadband to be set up, connection settings say "Always on broadband xDSL (Not Active)" whilst on account summary the Fibre Extra Broadband shows up as "complete". Can I set up my router now or is the internet still not active?
edit: completion date was moved from today tomorrow earlier this morning after i was told an engineer would be coming out today to sort it... midnight 26th meaning tomorrow i assume?

If it’s being activated tomorrow then it could be up until midnight tomorrow before you can get online.
