Order progress?

Hi,

 

Can anyone please check the progress of my order? We are moving from Sky BB to PlusNet BB. Our phone line was moved over this morning; we lost our internet connection this morning, just wondering when it will be connected.

I've just checked the order and there's no delay showing, it's still due to complete and go active today but can be anytime up until midnight.
