Order processing

Hello. Like 4 days ago I ordered fibre and the sales rep said if i were to order plusnet i wouls have working broadband in 10 days. It has been 4 days and the order is still processing, 2 days ago on the live chat a person said on that day the order would finish processing on that day.

I am expecting broadband in 6 days (like the sales rep said) but the
order hasnt been processed.
