Order placed to upgrade to fibre yesterday but not convinced it went through

I placed an order to upgrade to fibre yesterday.  When I look in my account it doesn't show an order number and the date shows as 01/01/1970... Also I was never given any dates of when the change will take place but had to pay postage for the router.  Is this normal?

I'm just checking this for you.

It looks like the upgrade is due to happen on the 16th.

You should receive the router before then.
