I signed up for the basic fibre package with telephone and nothing has happened.
The timeline of my order is:
Text received on 18/9/20 stating phone line will be activated on 2/10. Phone number received but line is still dead and not activated.
Text received 19/9/20 stating broadband will be activated 3/10.
Text received 29/9 stating router has been dispatched.
Direct debit taken out for first month on 20/9.
So far nothing is working. I have no phone line, no router and nothing from Plusnet telling me what the status of my order is.
Any idea how we can get to speak to someone without sitting on the phone for an hour and then being cut off?
