Order placed 10th Nov - Still not received router

Hi, I am feeling rather frustrated as I placed my order on 10th Nov, there was initially an issue whereby engineer did not come on specified date, now engineer has been today and dial tone is ready. Engineer was surprised router has not arrived as otherwise I could be using the service.

Plusnet were quick to take my payment but I cannot use the service,

 

Please sent router asap.

 

I have also tried ringing plusnet but line says too many callers and cancels call.

I am in the same situation I'm a new broadband fibre customer went live yesterday. Still haven't received a router. I was told I would only have 30 min of possible outage due to transitioning between providers. I am not impressed.
