Order not progressing

I haven't had any communication about when my broadband will be available to use. I got a message on 15th July saying that the phone line had been switched over the plusnet, but since then the order tracker has been stuck at step 3 "running the final checks". Live chat and phone lines are both unavailable, so will someone be able to advise when I will be able to use broadband?

I got through by phone at 13:30 after a wait of about 10 minutes. It is always worth retrying.

Hi LF

That message says my broadband is due to start on the 03/08, but I got a text yesterday saying it would start on 29/07, which is the correct date? The router has already arrived in the post today. I need the broadband activated ASAP as I am supposed to be working from home, I absolutely cannot go a further 2 weeks without wifi.
