Just had my line installed by BT. Connected hub, blue light no internet.
Went on chat and now told my order isn't complete and it might be up to midnight.
Can it really not be turned on sooner or not even active despite all the emails, dates and documents saying it is?
Username is glenrippon on the account.
Help?

Thanks for getting in touch and I am sorry that there is a gap between your phone and fibre activating.
I have had a look through your account and an see that your orders are all complete and should be able to connect to the internet.
