I moved house about two months ago now and was originally with Sky. I applied to move my broadband to the new house and the order got cancelled by Openreach, supposedly because the new house was occupied by someone else (it had been empty for months before I moved in) I went through this process with Sky three more times before they basically gave up.
I have since tried to place an order with Plusnet, with it being due to go live a week today. I have just received an e-mail confirming that my order is cancelled, no reason given. I am spending a fortune on mobile wifi, which is a necessity as I am working from home and trying to homeschool three children.
What can I do?
