Order is still currently being processed

Good evening,

I ordered new broadband and phone line on the 4th August 2020 and the order status is still currently being processed. I’ve not received any communication, haven’t received the router or had any update regarding installation. Money was quick to go out my account but very slow service, should I be worried?Huh

Now that I’ve had the phone line installed on the 9th September, at what point can I connect the router because I’ve not received a text or email yet.
