Since plusnet messed up my house move and upgrade to fibre extra I've had to setup a new account due to some internal issue they said they had on the old account.
The new fibre extra order was originally placed on this new account but now hasn't moved for several days. Are there any updates? I can see more and more of this type of thread appearing.
Tried tweeting support, no response, chat not available and phone lines not being answered...
Wish I had paid up and left Plusnet, customer support is becoming some of the worst in the business.

If anyone is seeing this, I've ended up cancelling the upgrade on the new account and cancelling my old account.
I would rather pay another provider more money to provide a suitable service and support system than the mess plusnet have become.
