Order goes live tomorrow still no router!!

So my order is due to go live tomorrow and I’m still yet to receive my router!!! after having nothing but hassle to even get the order through I’ve already basically given up with the appalling service I’ve got so far it’s been nothing but an absolute [-Censored-] show! I would like someone to get in touch asap and make damn sure I receive my router by tomorrow!

I can see that this was picked up following a call to support?

I'm afraid the router won't be physically dispatched until tomorrow though Sad

It is sent via First Class Mail, so will be with you Christmas Eve at the earliest.

I’ve had to get a tplink router which was recommended when I rang I have had the text regarding my phone line being active now but I still can’t get a internet connection I have a feeling the order for broadband was never out through as my bill only shows the phone line can you check this for me?
