Order for broadband made in Feb??!!

Paid and ordered for fibre broadband in February yet order not fulfilled, no router, no broadband. With homeworking and college / university students needing to work we are desperate.
Any advice ????

Same here. No response from any of the helplines or chat. But guess what, if you call the New Customer line, it's answered immediately!
