Order due for activiation today but stuck on ACTIVATING YOUR LINE

Hello,

 

My order is due for activation today (9th).

 

I have my Plusnet equipment. The connection doesn't go online however and the order status shows as:

 

ACTIVATING YOUR LINEBroadband orders typically take a week to complete. Your broadband order should complete on (strCustActivationDate). Please note that this date can sometimes change. We'll let you know if this happens.

 

Any indication how long before my connection is online?

it can take anytime up to 11:59pm, but me and another customer were also supposed to be activated yesterday but nothing happened, so I wouldn't hold your breath.
