We placed an order and booked for a BT technician to activate our line this Tuesday. We then had a txt saying order delayed. Tried calling a few times but in hold for 20mins. When I did get through I was told not necessarily delayed just order not yet activated. He would ensure email and activation within 24hrs but all we had was another delayed text. We then had an email saying home phone order cancelled by us which we didn't and £75 still been taken out of account! Now find today that lines are closed on Sundays! We were reccomend to go with Plusnet but absolutely regretting it now. Can anyone help?!
