I signed up on the 15th September, was due to switch on the 29th. That order was cancelled due to a cease order and was reordered. I was notified today (10th October) that *that* order has been cancelled. Why?
This makes it almost two full weeks - and counting - without any internet at a time I am relying on it to do work, with NO customer service whatsoever, keeping me in the dark.
Can you either tell me what's going on and connect me or refund me and let me go with a company that can, because this is getting beyond a joke?
