Order broadband - meant to be activated today

Ordered broadband on 22nd August, and it is supposed to be activated today. Is there any particular time that this could happen from because I'm obviously pretty desperate to get it activated asap!

Just to add, have you checked  since the order was placed that it is definitely happening today? Sometimes orders fail, and Plusnet don't tell the customer (as they don't check for it).

If I was you, I'd either phone, Chat (you need to stop any ad blocking software first), Twitter or Facebook to find out it is really going to happen. Sorry to sound a pessimist but this thing happens too often.

The orders are showing as complete, have you plugged your router in?

 

I can see you got online earlier this morning.
