Order and Router

Upgraded from Adsl to Fibre broadband last week . Order email said it would change the 20th.

I still have no new router arrive yet ... post is obviously slow at the moment .

I can't afford any dowmtime as my job is dependent on internet connectivity

I cant call and none of my questions seem to be answered by support .

Any staff on here able to check what's going on or rearrange my change over date or look where my router is ?

Plusnet don't send their Hubs out until the last minute. Also changeover dates can be a bit variable as Openreach are prioritising keeping the network running with their diminished resources.

If you put your phone number in here  and read through you should find mention of an open order with a completion date. This is when Openreach currently plan to do the work.  https://my.btwholesale.com/includes/adsl/adsl.htm?s_cid=ws_furls_adslchecker

Says 21st on open order

Just have to hope my router gets here in time or im screwed work wise ... big time

Cheers for the info .... hopefully any plus net staff can see if my routers been sent if they see this
