Order activation

Disappointing that there is very little information given when waiting to be activated. Existing provider removed services at 1am today. Still waiting for plusnet to activate anything at 20.15. I work from home and have been without Internet all day and unable to work. No indication of a time when it will be switched over. Surely something like this could be tracked/monitored?

The standard info that you will have got is any time up to midnight - same as any ISP change..

Give them a call in the morning if it is still not working
