Order Update

Hi,

 

I placed an order with you to transfer my Broadband and Landline from Sky to yourselves. Since then I haven't heard anything.

 

I've paid my first bill and kept an eye on the order tracker however nothing appears to be progressing. Are you able to shed any light on the current status of my order? I have raised a support ticket but yet to get a reply, ringing through to you guys I'm getting no answer so I find myself here.
