Order Update please

Hello,

Waiting on my activation I decided to have a read at some forum topics, wish I hadn't. I hope my order is being looked at I can't stand the moaning from the wee yins.

Give me an activation date please.

Thanks for reply. 

The 10th before phone line activation no mention of broadband activation.

I've had to buy a data package to get online after paying TalkTalk and yourselves for this month at a Total cost of £70 (£38 TalkTalk, £23 PlusNet and £20 Giffgaff data, This can't be right and I'm very disappointed in the service so far.

Order first placed on the 11th of may and only just received my phone activation date. I had no hassle from Sky, BT or TalkTalk when switching.

I can confirm that both services will be going live the same day.

Unfortunately the date given is the earliest we can get you up and running.
