Order Tracker stuck at 'Checking Your Line'
I recently moved into a flat and ordered WiFi a week ago, paid the first month and set a direct debit the same day. However I have not heard anything since then and the order tracker has not moved from Checking Your Line since the day I ordered it 7 days ago. I have read that sometimes the previous provider for the flat hasn't closed the line yet and that can cause the long wait. Is there anyway to get an update on what is happening or way to move this order forward. Thanks in advance.
