Order Tracker states complete, but phone still with old CP

PlusNet order tracker states my call plan is ready to use after raising a ticket to find out what is happening, but it is still with my previous CP.

 

Switched from PlusNet to another CP and then back again within 3 weeks as new provider was useless, looks like PlusNet is just as bad. Trustpilot reviews are really bad, looks like PlusNet are going to get another bad review.

 

One wonders just what Ofcom actually do about the terrible state of our Communications Providers.
