Order Stuck

Hi team,

 

Can someone please check and give my broadband order a nudge? It was meant to be transferred from my previous provider on the 13th July - however this has not happend and I am still active with them. Seems to be stuck at 'Activating your Line' on the tracker.

FYI guys ...

Finally got through to CS after a 45 minute wait.

This matter is being dealt with - seems to be issue at exchange.
