Order Status update


I have ordered an upgrade to unlimited fibre extra from ADSL.  I received an email stating it would be completed on 13th January, but the account page still shows in progress and I have not received any updates on what is happening.

It would be useful if there was an order tracker so you could see what stages have to happen and where you are along the route.  Currently I have no idea when I will get my upgrade.
