A quick message for anyone from PlusNet, If I may.
Order placed at the beginning of the year to move broadband supply to PlusNet. Had the welcome letter, checked regularly for progress...... and nothing.
Now being charged an extortionate sum by my current supplier as I am out of contact.
"We will take care of everything to activate your new service, including contacting your old provider. We will keep you updated along the way......."
I don't know, can I cancel, it is clearly all too difficult, and is there a particular reason why you can only email PlusNet as a business customer?
