Order Delayed - details please

I still haven't received any communication regarding my full fibre, every time i call I'm on hold for at least 45 minutes and due to meetings at work etc i cannot stay on the line. I am due to be working from home starting on Monday. I had an email on the 12th August stating my line would be up and running within 11 working days and then on Tuesday i received a text saying there's been a delay. I have paid the money that you requested, there was no delay in you accepting that, so please can i have a response to me message as to when i can expect to have internet. Thank you
