Order Delay

Hi there. My broadband was due to go live on the 12th December however it is still stuck at pending. I've contacted live chat many times about this but keep being told it's still with the supplier and to wait 48 hours. However the delay is going to cause me problems if it's not sorted out soon.

Sorry to hear that.

I've contacted our suppliers who have advised the delay is due to a open exception on the line.

They've progressed the exception and in next 48 hours it should be closed and your order should progress.

We'll update you as soon as we know more.
