Order Cancelled...?

Hello,

 

I have subscribed to a Broadband... It was one on special offer. Anyway, I paid £74 odd pound (in the pending transactions section but has gone through) and book for a technician to come and install the line on the 11/9 between 8 and 1. I haven't received any kind of communication from them since. Plus, my payment has now since disappeared from the pending payments and I am worried that they just cancelled my order without telling me...? 

 

I can see that it seemed it happened to a lot of people recently...

I'm not finding any accounts from your searching your details or postcode. It's likely an account wasn't actually created. I'd expect the money taken to be returned to your bank account once they realise it's not come through to us.
