Order Cancelled?

Ordered (and paid) for broadband last week, but now I've had two emails sent saying the home phone has been cancelled then another saying there's a problem with my broadband order.


The link provided gives no more info at all, I'm not even sure if it's been cancelled or not.

Hi,

I've contacted TalkTalk and their only solution was to contact the previous tenant to deal with it.

I have no idea who that was and the landlord obviously won't provide personal details like that.

They also said:

"The only thing you can do is have your new provider set-up a new line for you as we are unable to disconnect a customers line without them telling us to."

Or sign up with them instead.

With the new line how long would that take?

And presumably I won't be charged (again) until the service is live?
