Hi, I hope this is the place to get help. I tried to sign up with a new broadband provider but my postcode does not match the one held on the openreach database. Openreach are using an historic postcode. This was suoereceded by a change made to my postcode by the local council some years ago. My correct postcode appears on all address checkers and Royal Mail. I understand I need to get my current provider, Plusnet, to raise an ORDI to update the database. Is this correct and if so how do I get the process started. Many thanks .
