Anyone have any idea when Openreach are going to continue installation of my upgraded broadband? I know it was a bad time to update it but the engineer came and said he needs access to the property. So am I at the back of the queue waiting for a new appointment in June ? (That seems to be the latest information). I don’t want to ring up the Callcentre as I can appreciate what’s going on right now and just wanted more than generic update.
