After an initial error in the home move process my engineer appointment was scheduled for tomorrow but has now been cancelled and I have no news on when I can expect it to be re-scheduled. I am being forced to buy unlimited data bolt ons for my phone so I can work from home while also being charged by Plusnet for broadband I do not have. I extended my contract to avoid the house move fees but now I am not so sure I want to stay...
I have tried calling many times and keep hitting an apologetic recorded message. Can someone please give me an idea about what is going on?
