I signed up for fibre broadband with Plusnet.

I've already went through the pain of getting a new BT line installed so I just need the broadband so it should be pretty straight forward.

Shouldn't it?

I have to admit I'm a little baffled by this post as your service was activated on 27/1/16.

Let me know if there's anything I can help with though.

I ordered on 27/1/16, wasn't online until 29/2/16 and then only for a couple of days before being disconnected.
