On hold for 1.5 hours and waiting

Just moved house and had an engineer over this morning. Was told my broadband would work immediately-and it hasn’t. So called customer service to see what’s happening. Talked to two different people who transferred me to each other and now here I am.... waiting again. What is going on????? Being on hold this long is not ok I’m so stressed and irritated.

Re: On hold for 1.5 hours and waiting

Thanks for your post @Tuesdayalogan

I'm sorry for the delay. It can generally take up to midnight on the day that an engineer attends for an order to complete. I can see you've since spoken with an adviser and you're now up and running.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
