My apologies to Plusnet with the earlier post prompted from a lot of the negative reviews of Plusnet services.
The service at the moment is fast as promised.
Re: Old Supplier disconnected no broadband from Plusnet
Same problem here. Previous supplier disconnected this morning. I am told Plusnet activation will start at midnight 8 October. Received the router, but no go ahead on set up (no text received yet as they have said) so still my router pack not opened. Don't know what's going on. I was told of a smooth transaction without internet disruption on switching to Plusnet !!?
