Old Supplier disconnected no broadband from Plusnet

Hi

 

Can you please confirm if the transfer is progressing correctly as my phone line has been transferred but there is no broadband?

 

I appreciate your assistance.

My broadband came on after 9pm with an email from Plusnet to switch on the router - as promised by the previous Plusnet text message when the router was posted out.

My apologies to Plusnet with the earlier post prompted from a lot of the negative reviews of Plusnet services.

The service at the moment is fast as promised.

Same problem here.  Previous supplier disconnected this morning.  I am told Plusnet activation will start at midnight 8 October.  Received the router, but no go ahead on set up (no text received yet as they have said) so still my router pack not opened.  Don't know what's going on.  I was told of a smooth transaction without internet disruption on switching to Plusnet !!?

@Axman  Plusnet actually mean that the service should be activated sometime on the 7th before midnight. Try connecting the router, you may find it is working.🙂
