Can you please confirm if the transfer is progressing correctly as my phone line has been transferred but there is no broadband?

My apologies to Plusnet with the earlier post prompted from a lot of the negative reviews of Plusnet services.
The service at the moment is fast as promised.

Same problem here. Previous supplier disconnected this morning. I am told Plusnet activation will start at midnight 8 October. Received the router, but no go ahead on set up (no text received yet as they have said) so still my router pack not opened. Don't know what's going on. I was told of a smooth transaction without internet disruption on switching to Plusnet !!?

@Axman Plusnet actually mean that the service should be activated sometime on the 7th before midnight. Try connecting the router, you may find it is working.🙂
