Glad to hear you're up and running.

Unfortunately on this occasion your account didn't activate automatically in a timely manner.

Your order experienced no delay at all and completed on the 14th.

Considering the amount of orders go through the systems there are a few which are likely to encounter problems however I appreciate even that is unacceptable and I do apologise for the inconvenience caused as manual intervention was needed on our side to activate your account.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Given what you said about manual intervention being needed, will that also be needed to send me the email to claim my cashback which was part of the deal on the date I signed up?

No problems.

Shouldn't need it, you should receive an email regarding your cashback within 10 working days from today.

Once you fill out the linked form you'll receive your reward within 30 days.

Obviously let us know if things don't go to plan and/or if you have any issues.
