Number hasn't ported - due on 2/11

I moved my old phone number over to Plusnet last week and was given a completion date of 2/11/22. A week later I'm still stuck using a temporary number. I've been told that the port has started but I'm on the 'delayed port list'.
Could somebody please look into this and try to expedite the porting process?
