Not set up until the new year!
I'm moving house on Friday 30th November. I have made Plusnet aware and they said I will not be able to connect to the internet until the New Year. This seems like a ridiculously long time, especially when other companies can do it in 10 days.
Any idea if this is an accurate timescale? My husband and I both need the internet for our jobs!
