Not seamless!

My previous provider has disconnected me because according to them Plusnet had completed on 17th August. My router is not here yet and when I spoke to someone on the phone I was told another 3 to 5 working days yet. 
I am seriously regretting my decision to sign up and am considering cancelling my order! 
I was planning on signing up for a business broadband at my work but not any more!

In all probability, you'll need to phone customer service as the modem normally arrives a few days before activation.

If you haven't got a specific date yet perhaps your order was cancelled. It has happened before, so worth double checking.

Hope you get it fixed.
